CANCELLATION POLICY
You have a right to cancel your appointment by notice of writing, email or telephone contact.
Please be aware, however, that any late cancellations i.e. within 48 hours of the allotted appointment time will incur a £30 fee. This policy applies to appointments that are cancelled, rescheduled or not attended.
Furthermore, The Confidence Clinic Ltd reserves the right to charge additional sums if consequential losses are incurred as a result of late cancellations or appointments not attended ('No Shows').
'No Shows' may additionally result in withdrawal of all further services and cancellation of all subsequent booked appointments.
