Pre-Treatment Advice

Please advise in advance if you suffer from the cold sore virus, as injections can trigger an outbreak in some cases.
Post-Treatment Advice
Lips are very vascular, so swelling or mild bruising is perfectly normal. Allow 2–3 days for initial swelling to subside — it may take a little longer in some cases. You can apply a cool compress or ice to reduce swelling. The final result is usually visible after two weeks, so please be patient.
Avoid makeup for 12 hours post-treatment to reduce infection risk. Use only tepid water to cleanse and pat dry with a clean towel. Avoid vigorous exercise for 24 hours, and refrain from saunas, steam rooms, or facials for two weeks.
