What should I wear/bring?
Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water. You’ll remove shoes and socks; the rest of you stays comfortably covered.

You can book ad-hoc for relaxation, or plan a short course (e.g., weekly for 4–6 weeks) to support specific concerns.
