Louise Chodysz

CLINIC OWNER, ADVANCED MEDICAL AESTHETICIAN, NURSE PRESCRIBER, FACIALIST

Louise qualified as a nurse in 1996 and has built a broad and highly respected clinical career across multiple areas of nursing. Her experience includes working as a District Nursing Sister and as a Nurse Practitioner in General Practice, a role she held from 2008 until choosing to focus exclusively on medical aesthetics.

In 2017, driven by a long-standing interest in skin health and dermatology, Louise ventured into medical aesthetics and founded The Confidence Clinic. What began as a specialist interest quickly developed into a full-time career, allowing her to combine medical expertise with an evidence-based, natural approach to aesthetic medicine.

Louise is also a trainer in medical aesthetics, providing education and ongoing mentorship to medical professionals entering the industry or developing their skills further. Her training reflects the same principles that underpin her clinical work — safety, integrity, strong anatomical knowledge and ethical practice.

She is fully insured, registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), and a proud member of the British Association of Cosmetic Nurses (BACN) and the ACE Complications Group, ensuring she remains up to date with best practice and supported in the management of complications should they arise.

Jeannie Frith

3D LIPO & BODY CONTOUR PRACTITIONER, EAR CARE PRACTITIONER

Jeanne trained as a beauty therapist in 2013 and has since developed a strong passion for body and facial contouring. In 2018, she trained with 3D Lipo, which marked the start of her focused work in advanced body and facial contouring treatments.

Jeanne joined The Confidence Clinic in 2021, when the Hartlebury clinic first opened, and has since treated many patients — helping them to lose inches, improve skin firmness and boost confidence through carefully tailored treatment plans.

Alongside her work at the clinic, Jeanne has run her own children’s pamper parties for many years and also owns her own children’s salon, bringing creativity, warmth and a fun-loving energy to everything she does.

Jeanne is known for being incredibly easy to be around, with lots of giggles often heard coming from her treatment room. Her friendly, relaxed approach helps clients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their treatments.

In 2025, Jeanne further expanded her expertise by training as an ear care specialist, now offering ear syringing and microsuction for safe and effective ear wax removal.

Jeanne’s experience, enthusiasm and genuine care make her a valued and much-loved member of The Confidence Clinic team.

Sarah May Highley

MASSAGE THERAPIST, REFLEXOLOGY PRACTITIONER, FACIALIST

Sarah has been working in the wellness and beauty industry for 15 years, beginning her career in 2011, and brings a wealth of experience from some of the most beautiful, award-winning spas and salons. Her passion for holistic, results-driven treatments has been shaped by training with the wonderful Beata Aleksandrowicz in Advanced Pure Massage, an influence that continues to underpin her intuitive and intentional approach.

Sarah joined The Confidence Clinic in 2022 and is a highly skilled therapist specialising in massage therapy, including pregnancy massage and Indian head massage, as well as myofascial dry cupping and waxing. She is also a specialist in lymphatic drainage massage and buccal facial massage, and has been a qualified reflexologist since February 2024.

She prides herself on making every client feel like a VIP, believing wholeheartedly that no two treatments should ever be the same. Sarah takes the time to listen carefully to each client’s needs, tailoring every treatment to suit the individual. For her, everything has intention — from the first consultation to the final moments of care.

Sarah’s thoughtful, personalised approach ensures every client leaves feeling nurtured, restored and truly looked after.

Tracy Cox

3D LIPO & BODY CONTOUR PRACTITIONER, NAIL TECHNICIAN, FACIALIST

Tracy has over 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge, skill and a genuine passion for client care. She began her career working in a number of local salons and went on to own her own tanning and nail salon in 2004, giving her a strong foundation in both hands-on treatments and running a successful beauty business.

Over the past few years, Tracy has developed a growing passion for treatments, the importance of skin health, body confidence and regenerative treatments.

Tracy joined The Confidence Clinic in 2024 and has since gone on to specialise in our 3D Lipo facial and body contouring treatments, offering cavitation and HIFU. She came to the clinic with a strong interest in regenerative skin health, having trained in microneedling, radiofrequency and carboxytherapy, and continues to expand her skills in this area.

In addition to advanced body and skin treatments, Tracy also offers lash and brow treatments and includes dermaplaning within her facial treatments, providing a well-rounded approach to skin health and aesthetic care.

Known for her warm, approachable manner, Tracy is passionate about making every client feel comfortable, supported and confident throughout their treatment journey. Her caring, personalised approach and focus on results make her a valued member of the clinic team.
