Polynucleotides Skin Rejuvenation in Bewdley & Kidderminster

What are polynucleotides?
We now have a new exciting regenerative skin treatment available at The Confidence Clinic.
Polynucleotides are a relatively new concept in regenerative medicine. They are an injectable bio-stimulator comprised of stretchy compounds made from fragments of trout DNA that stimulate our own cells to regenerate the damaged skin that we get with ageing.
How do they work?
They work in several ways, firstly they improve the hydration in the skin by attracting water molecules. They also protect the skin against free radical damage. They then stimulate the fibroblasts within the skin to encourage the production of collagen and elastin and stimulate production of more fibroblasts which results in improved skin elasticity and firmness and a thicker, healthier epidermis.
What do they do?
So much! Polynucleotides can heal sun damaged skin and enhance tissue repair, improve photoaging and acne scarring. They can reduce the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, and sagging skin leaving the skin feeling more healthy, smooth and glowing. They can improve skin hydration and texture and aid hair restoration.
How can Polynucleotides benefit me?
- Improve skin laxity and hydration to the face, hands and body
- Reduce inflammation and rosacea
- Reduce acne scarring and smooth out uneven skin
- Stimulate hair growth
- Improve scars and stretch marks
- Improve lines and wrinkles
- General skin revitalisation to reduce the appearance of ageing.
How often do I need them?
Most treatments require an initial course of three 2–4 weeks apart then one every 9–12 months to maintain. This may vary for areas such as hair restoration so it is always worth booking an initial consultation to discuss a treatment plan.
