Almost 9 years in aesthetics… and I definitely don’t practise in exactly the same way I did when I started.
Not because I didn’t care about results or safety back then, I absolutely did. But experience changes you.
The more faces you assess, the more patients you treat and the more results you follow over months and years, the more you realise that good aesthetics often isn’t about what you can do… it’s about knowing what you should do.
I’ve become more conservative. More selective. More confident saying no. And much less interested in chasing trends.
I’ve learned that more product doesn’t necessarily mean a better result, that every line doesn’t need treating and that sometimes the best treatment plan is to leave something completely alone.
My aim has become increasingly simple:
For you to still look like you.
Rested. Refreshed. Balanced. Never obviously “done”.
So I thought I’d share a few of the things almost 9 years in aesthetics has taught me and how my approach has evolved along the way.
Swipe through ➡️ I’d love to know which one resonates with you most.
